Officers under the Central Government holding the Analogous posts on regular basis in relevant sector with 06years of regular service in the parent cadre or relevant department.
Contenders should pass in the Sub-Ordinate Accounting Services or equivalent examination or Training in the cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretarial Training and Management or equivalent training course and 04 years of experience in Cash, Audit, Accounts and Budget work.
